The Water Economizers Weker can easily receive water
reaching temperatures of 80°C and reinsert the 94-98%
of the used water in the circuit of cooling of equipment
such as batch freezers, pasteurizers, kettles and any
refrigerating chain, allowing them to maintain performances
and original yields even without modifying the calibration
of the pressostatic valves. At the inside they are equipped
with a refrigerating system, particular heat exchangers
of high efficiency, a drainable fan of high boosting power,
a water-accumulating tank, a pump of transmition to the
external users and of a general switchboard. The housing
is entirely realized in stainless steel panels in order
to allow easy cleaning and positioning in any laboratory
of alimentary production. The entire hydraulic circuit
is realized in materials resistant to corrosion (stainless
steel, brass, rubber and plastic).
Their installation inside closed places is facilitated
by various factors:
1. particularly reduced dimensions (considering the rendered
refrigerating power they are the smallest on the market;
to get the same power with a traditional chiller group
we must install a machinery of at least double dimensions
of those of a Weker Economizer)
2. four rotating wheels (the Weker Economizer can be moved
even after the installation in order to guarantee an effective
cleaning of the working environment)
3. aspiration of air only on the frontal side (studied
purposely in order to allow the installation in the middle
of other machinery or in a corner of the laboratory)
4. hydraulic connections by flexible (rubber) tubes (they
allow easy and immediate installation and the Economizer
to be moved if needed)
5. volumes of cooling-air are particularly modest and
can be drained up to 20 meters away with a tube of the
diameter of the 18 cm. (the air volumes treated equal
2000-2500 m3, what allows the installation inside the
laboratories or any other premises without provoking large
air movements or depressions. A traditional group type
chiller of the same power treats on average 7000-8000
m3 of air. Installed inside warm premises the Water Economizers
Weker working as exhaust fans can lower the room temperature
for some degrees, while if they are installed inside air-conditioned
premises it is possible to canalize the aspiration of
the air in order to avoid waste of energy. The possibility
to canalize the drainage of the air for several meters
allows to install our machinery in any premise not directly
connected with the outside.)
6. Inner and external quietness (the fonoabsorbing inner
covering in combination with a correct installation renders
these machines particularly silent inside the premises
where they are installed but also on the outside where
the air is being unloaded)
7. Unique PATENTED system in the world (our PATENTED cooling
system allows these machines having excellent yields with
reduced consumptions of electricity - the best market
ratio between power and refrigerating yields. This allows
ulterior savings which are in direct interest of our customers).
